Welcome to South Lake
South Lake Medical Center has been a medical clinic under Dr. Shazia Nasir since 2007. Recently, we have started offering aesthetic services because we have seen that people’s lives can improve drastically if they love how they look. We pride ourselves on our professional staff and the quality of our state of the art laser machines.

We have a medically trained staff that does all the treatments because we have medical grade machines. These machines can only be operated by people with specific training so the results can be much more apparent than regular aesthetic machines. Our medical staff is also always available to answer any health questions or concerns you may have throughout your treatment.

Our mission here is to find what you want to improve about your appearance and help you achieve those goals. All of our treatments are non-intrusive and extremely safe to make sure there is little risk in doing these treatments. We offer a multitude of treatment plans and options to help customize a plan that can help you achieve the look you want.

Specialists
JESSICA BEAN
FNP-C, ARNP
Jessica has a diverse medical background. She earned two Bachelor degrees in Nursing and Athletic Training, and a Master’s degree in Nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practioner and is dedicated to health promotion and disease prevention in patients across the lifespan. Her goal is to provide quality healthcare relationships and a foundation of health education to all of her patients.
TERESA KARCSMAR
FNP-C, ARNP
Teresa studied at Pace University in New York where she received a Master of Science degree in Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She has years of experience in the field of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and has worked with several pulmonologists in the area. She is well known in the community and we are excited to have her as part of our team!
DR. SHAZIA NASIR
FNP-C, ARNP
Dr. Shazia Nasir is a Board-Certified Internist. She received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) from Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, Pakistan. She completed her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, where she was a Third Year Chief Resident. From 2003-2007 she served as a full-time hospitalist at Florida Hospital. She is actively a member of the South Lake Hospital Medical Executive Committee and serves on the board of Primary Partners – Accountable Care Organization
